The cold war is definitely over going by the strategically significant statements from Kremlin and the burning events of the Arab crisis. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has criticised the United States and the European Union for their energy policies and handling of the Middle East crisis, according to media reports.
China, an economic force to reckon with, is in no mood to tolerate the Western World's idiosyncrasies without ensuring its pound of flesh. The dwindling European Union economies and the burdened United States cannot afford to ignore the power of the Communist Bloc.
