Ozone collaborates with Japanese company
Ozone Pharmaceuticals Limited, one of India's fastest growing Pharma companies, has entered into collaboration with a Japanese company 'Koboyashi Pharmaceutical Company Limited' to bring about a series of Air Activated Heat Packs for therapeutic relief.
For the first time, the heating pads for pain management would be introduced in India by the company.
Ozone Pharmaceuticals has been getting into innovative medical products. Last year, Ozone had announced its entry into Calcium Dobisulate innovation for treating cataracts for which the company has already reached the second stage of patenting, a company statement said.
Koboyashi is headquartered in Osaka, Japanm and primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of pharmaceuticals, non pharmaceuticals, deodorizes and sanitary supplies apart from providing wholesale pharmaceuticals for manufacturers and imports and distribute medical equipment all over Japan. The company has its geographical presence in Japan, Europe, Asia and North America.
The medical products in the offing are Arthritis heat packs, direct skin heat packs and indirect skin heat packs. As the name suggests, the heat packs use Cura heat therapy which increases blood flow to the place of application which reduces pain, decreases stiffness, relaxes sore muscles and comes in a handy, easy to use everyday, it added.
